Changes in the Supervisory Board composition of AccessBank

Ms. Fernanda Molejon has been appointed as a new member of the Supervisory Board of AccessBank, replacing Werner Claes, effective April 15, 2024.
Ms. Molejon has twenty-five years of experience in the financial sector of emerging markets having held senior positions at the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in portfolio management and risk. In her time with IFC she worked with financial institutions across Latin America, Europe, Middle East, North Africa and Asia. Prior to this, she worked for Citi in Argentina in the corporate bank covering a variety of industries. Currently, she serves as Advisor to the Head of Credit and Investment Risk at the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank.
Ms. Molejon holds a Masters in International Finance from the Fundación de Estudios Financieros in Madrid, Spain, a Postgraduate Degree in Finance from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and a dual Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and Public Accountant from the Universidad Católica Argentina.
She speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese.
