Pawn Loan Lottery Begins
Starting from April 17, 2025 every customer who receives a Pawn Loan from AccessBank based on their needs will get 1 Chance ticket for every 1000 AZN of loan amount. The lottery will be held in 2 draws throughout the year and 12 winners will be selected in each draw. Each winner will receive gold bars of various sizes.

Terms and Conditions:
- To participate in the lottery, customers must have an active Pawn Loan agreement with AccessBank throughout the lottery period (in case of winning, until the prize is delivered).
- Except for the winners of the first draw, all other participants who have received a lottery chance can participate in both draws. However, each customer can only win once.
- It is required to receive a Pawn Loan from AccessBank within the period April 17, 2025 – December 19, 2025. Only citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate in the lottery.
- Participation is confirmed through a form provided by the bank, which is considered equivalent to a lottery ticket. Customers who obtain a Pawn Loan will be provided with this form (lottery ticket) by the relevant bank employee at the time of loan issuance. The loan agreement number will serve as the lottery ticket number.
Chance Calculation:
- Every 1000 AZN of Lombard Loan equals 1 lottery chance.
Example: A customer receives a loan of 9550 AZN. In this case, they will receive 9 lottery chances. - Loans below 1000 AZN are not eligible for lottery participation. In the case of multiple active loans, only Lombard Loans are considered for the lottery. Lottery chances for multiple Pawn Loans are only counted if the loans are active during the lottery period.
Example: A customer has a 4000 AZN microloan, a 2500 AZN consumer loan, a 10,600 AZN Lombard loan (contract #xxx3), and an 8400 AZN Pawn loan (contract #xxx4). In this case, the microloan and consumer loan are not considered, and the customer gets a total of 18 lottery chances.
Lottery Draw Dates:
- The first draw will be held on August 28, 2025, among customers who obtained a Pawn Loan between April 17 and August 15, 2025. A total of 12 winners will be selected and will receive prizes in accordance with the “Prize Fund” section.
- The second draw will be held on December 26, 2025, among customers who obtained a Pawn Loan between August 16 and December 19, 2025. A total of 12 winners will be selected and will receive prizes in accordance with the “Prize Fund” section.
Determinetion of winners:
The winners will be determined at the Bank’s office using a special computer program (with the functionality of the “.Net” program) through a random selection method. The process of selecting winners will be broadcast live on the Bank’s social media pages.During the live broadcast, clients’ lottery ticket numbers will be entered into the program, the “Start” button will be pressed, and the winners will be determined based on the ticket numbers. The winning ticket numbers will be displayed live.After the live broadcast, the information about the winners will be integrated into an Excel file for the Bank’s internal purposes. The list will include the winners’ first and last names, mobile phone numbers, client codes, and credit agreement numbers.
Presentation of gifts
After the draws are held, the winners will be notified via SMS or push notifications through the “myAccess” mobile application. The terms of the incentive lottery and the masked details of the selected winners (name, surname, mobile number, customer code, Lombard loan agreement number – e.g., A** R*** V**: 05595: 700***: XXXXXX) will be published on the bank’s corporate website ( www.accessbank.az ), its social media pages, and in the media within 5 business days. Afterwards, the Bank’s Call Center will contact the winning customers and provide detailed information about the prize collection process, deadlines, and other relevant details. The prize will be presented to the winner by the lottery organizer within 30 business days from the date of the draw.

How to participate in the “ Qızıl Şans” Pawn lottery?
To participate in the lottery, you need to obtain a Lombard loan of at least 1000 AZN from AccessBank between 17.04.2025 and 19.12.2025 and have an active contract for this loan. When the loan is formalized, you will be provided with a special form equivalent to a lottery ticket, and the contract number listed on the form will be used as the ticket number. Only Azerbaijani citizens who are 18 years old or older can participate in the lottery, and for every 1000 AZN, you get 1 chance to participate.
How many draws will there be in the Lombard Lottery, and what are the dates?
The lottery consists of two draws in total. The first draw will be held on 28.08.2025 for those who took a Lombard loan between 17.04.2025 and 15.08.2025, and the second draw will be held on 26.12.2025 for those who obtained a loan between 16.08.2025 and 19.12.2025. In each draw, 12 winners will be selected, and these winners will receive valuable gold gifts.
How long will the Lombard Lottery last, and what dates does it cover?
The "Qızıl Şans" Lottery will run from 17.04.2025 to 19.12.2025. During this period, customers who have obtained a Lombard loan from AccessBank and have an active contract are eligible to participate. Participants who do not win in the first draw can still take part in the second draw, but each customer can win only once.
Who can participate in the Lombard Lottery and what are the conditions?
Only Azerbaijani citizens who are at least 18 years old can participate in the lottery. The participant must have an active Lombard loan contract, and the loan amount must be at least 1000 AZN. If a person has multiple active Lombard loans at the same time, their chances are combined for all active contracts. However, other types of loans (micro, consumer, etc.) are not considered.
How are the Lombard Lottery winners selected and how does the process work?
Winners are determined through a random selection process using special software at the bank’s office. The process is monitored by a commission and broadcast live on the bank's social media accounts. The selected winners’ names, surnames, mobile numbers, and other information are recorded in an Excel file, and the results are shared on the bank’s official website and social media pages within 5 business days.
What prizes are awarded to the Lombard Lottery winners and how are they delivered?
In each draw, the following prizes are awarded: 50 grams of 999.9 fine gold to 1 person, 30 grams to 2 people, 20 grams to 3 people, and 10 grams to 6 people. Winners are notified via SMS and the “myAccess” app, and prizes are delivered within a maximum of 30 business days after the draw. The Bank’s Information Center contacts the winners and provides detailed information about the handover process.
