AccessBank Management Celebrates Youth Day Together with Students of Baku Higher Oil School

The main purpose of the event was to enhance young people’s financial literacy, develop their analytical and strategic thinking skills, and familiarize them with the real business environment and professional banking experience. For AccessBank, unlocking young people’s potential and contributing to their development as future leaders is among the Bank’s core values.
Before the masterclass, Elmar Gasimov, Rector of Baku Higher Oil School, met with AccessBank’s management. During the meeting, the parties discussed expanding cooperation between BANM and AccessBank, including students’ participation in internship programs in the upcoming period.
During the masterclass, AccessBank’s Chairman of the Management Board, Davit Tsiklauri, shared practical perspectives on banking and investment, decision-making mechanisms, and the key success factors in modern financial markets. He emphasized the importance of continuous learning, adapting quickly to a changing world, and maintaining a long-term mindset.
The Bank’s Chief Business Officer, Renat Humbatov, spoke about AccessBank’s business model and customer-centric approach and—drawing on his own career path—shared recommendations on professional development, leadership skills, and goal-oriented career planning. He noted that commitment to values and continuous self-development are among the key drivers of a successful career.
Ilhama Rustamli, Head of Division at AccessBank’s Human Resources Department, provided detailed information on the Bank’s recruitment process, development and training programs for young people, and internal career opportunities. She noted that AccessBank places special emphasis on developing young professionals and supports their growth through long-term cooperation.
