Oleg is responsible for the restructuring area at responsAbility, a Swiss-based impact investment manager with over USD 3 billion assets under management. His duties include designing and implementing restructuring strategies for financial institutions in emerging and developing countries and enabling business turnaround and transformation. As part of this work he has been chairing and co-chairing steering committees in complex restructuring projects with the involvement of the DFIs and MIVs on different continents. 

He has committed his professional career exclusively to development finance, in the areas of financial institution debt investment origination and management, credit risk management and restructuring, and advising banks on microfinance and SME segment development.  

Oleg started his professional career in 2001 at German development consultancy IPC GmbH, before he moved to Frankfurt School International Advisory Services and then to Finance in Motion GmbH. In 2014 he joined responsAbility Investments AG. 
He holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Goethe University in Frankfurt and diploma in economics from Ternopil National Economic University in Ukraine.

George Rublee

George Rublee has been appointed a member of the Supervisory Board of AccessBank since April 2019. Mr. Rublee was nominated by the Asian Development Bank, where he has been working since 2010. He has 30 years of international banking experience and has served on boards of private companies since 1995. Prior to joining the Asian Development Bank, Mr. Rublee had worked at LCF Rothschilds, WestLB, and UBS primarily focused on project finance and debt advisory.

Mr. Rublee graduated from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University in Washington D.C. He speaks English, German, and Spanish.

Andrea Hagmann has been appointed member of the Supervisory Board of AccessBank in January 2020 by the General Assembly of Shareholders.
Ms. Hagmann has extensive experience in financial services for more than twenty five years. She currently serves as Member of the Board of Directors and the Investment Committee of the European Fund for Southeast Europe (since 2019), Member of the Board of Directors of SANAD Fund (Middle East and North Africa) for Micro and SMEs (since 2017) and Member of the Board of Directors of Microfinance Enhancement Facility (since 2009). Her previous business experience and voluntary activities  included also service as a Member of the Executive Board of the Development Bank of Austria, (2008-2017), Member of the Supervisory Board of Raiffeisenbank, Wolkersdorf (since 2019), Member of the Supervisory Board of Hilfswerk International (Austria’s leading non profit organization) (since 2018), as well as various senior positions at Oesterreichische Kontrollbank AG, Austrian´s export credit agency (1991 – 2007).
Ms. Hagmann holds a Master’s degree in commercial science from Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration.

Dariusz Kacprzyk has been appointed member of the Supervisory Board of AccessBank since April 2019. Mr. Kacprzyk was nominated by the European Investment Bank. He held senior positions in various Polish banks. Currently is the Trustee appointed by Polish Financial Supervision Authority in one of the systemically important (banking) institution. Mr. Kacprzyk has a bachelor's degree in the Domestic Trade and Service faculty at Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and Master’s degree in the faculty of Management at Warsaw University. He was awarded an MBA degree at International School of Management and completed the Advanced Management Programme at IESE.

He speaks Polish, English, German, Spanish and Russian.

Fernanda Molejon

Ms. Fernanda Molejon has been appointed as a new member of the Supervisory Board of AccessBank, replacing Werner Claes, effective April 15, 2024.
Ms. Molejon has twenty-five years of experience in the financial sector of emerging markets having held senior positions at the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in portfolio management and risk. In her time with IFC she worked with financial institutions across Latin America, Europe, Middle East, North Africa and Asia. Prior to this, she worked for Citi in Argentina in the corporate bank covering a variety of industries. Currently, she serves as Advisor to the Head of Credit and Investment Risk at the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank.
Ms. Molejon holds a Masters in International Finance from the Fundación de Estudios Financieros in Madrid, Spain, a Postgraduate Degree in Finance from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and a dual Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and Public Accountant from the Universidad Católica Argentina.
She speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Davit Tsiklauri has more than 15 years of extensive experience within the financial sector. 

Prior to his appointment at AccessBank, he served as a Non-executive Director at HamkorBank and Kompanion Bank and was an Investment Board Member at the Georgian Pension Fund.

Throughout 2014 - 2019 Mr. Tsiklauri held executive roles at the largest financial institutions of Georgia - Bank of Georgia, where held a position of a CFO and TBC Bank, where he led Corporate & Investment Bank as a Deputy CEO. Prior to that, David held various roles at Deutsche Bank, London within the Capital Markets and Treasury Solutions team. 

Mr. Tsiklauri has MBA degree from London Business School.

He speaks Georgian, Russian, and English.

Orkhan Ismayilov has joined AccessBank team in January 2020 as Director of Risk Management Department.

Mr. Ismayilov started career in The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan. He continued his activities in capacity of the Head of the Prudential Policy and Methodology Department at the Chamber Of Supervision for Financial Markets of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Orkhan Ismayilov holds Bachelor and Master Degrees in Economic Cybernetics from Baku State University, as well as MBA from University of New York in Prague.

He speaks Azerbaijani, Russian and English.

Ilkin Guliyev has more than 12 years of professional experience in various aspects of banking. Prior to his job at AccessBank, he worked in Azerbaijani three banks. In addition to sales and service, he has worked as Head of International Relations, Treasury, VIP Banking, AML, Risk Management, Strategic Planning and Project Management, Process Optimization, Organizational Development and Human Resource Management.Ilkin Guliyev obtained his Bachelor Degree in Economic Management from Azerbaijan State Economic University and afterwards he continued his education at the Faculty of Banking and Finance at Newcastle University, UK. He is holder of CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) certificates.

He speaks Azerbaijani, Russian and English.

David Alimbarashvili has over twenty years of experience in banking & finance, with the last twelve years working in high-level managerial positions, including an executive management position with banks and fin-tech companies. From 2006 - 2022 Mr. Alimbarashvili held executive roles at the largest financial institutions of the region – BTA Bank & Halyk Bank, during several years served as Chief Operating Officer of Equfin Holding.
David’s experience is diverse in terms of geography as well. For years, he worked in countries like Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, and Spain. He also has done some short-term projects in the Balkans and Central Asia.
Before joining AccessBank, David served as a Deputy CRO and member of the Management Board at Liberty Bank Georgia.
Mr. Alimbarashvili has an MBA degree from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.
He speaks Georgian, Russian, and English.

Renat Humbatov

Renat Gumbatov has 17 years of experience in the banking sector. He joined the AccessBank team back in 2005 in the capacity of Loan Officer. In subsequent years, he worked as the Branch Manager of Gazakh and Ganja branches, being at the same time Manager of the bank activities in the region. In 2021-2022, he was Head of the Micro and Agro Clients’ Department of the bank. Since 1 April 2022 he was appointed Executive Director on Micro, Small and Medium-sized enterprises.

Renat Humbatov holds Bachelor and Master Degrees in Economics and Management from Azerbaijan Technological University.

He speaks Azerbaijani, Russian and English.

Dmytro Kazany has over 15 years of experience in the field of information technology.

He graduated from Odesa National Polytechnic University in 2005 with the Master's degree in Computer Sciences. Mr. Kazany started his professional career at Sitronics IT, one of the leading information technology consulting companies in the Eastern Europe. Between 2005 to 2016 he participated  in various projects for the implementation of corporate information systems at major banks and telecom operators in Ukraine and Russia as a Consultant, Architect, Head of customer experience (CRM) and business intelligence.

Mr. Kazany joined AccessBank in 2017 to optimize the IT architecture of the organization. From 2020 to May 2021 he held the position of the Head of the Information Technology Department. He speaks Ukrainian, English and Russian.
