AccessBank, which considers the continuous professional development of human capital a strategic priority, has successfully completed the “Fundamentals of Management” training program implemented in partnership with Khazar University.

In today’s dynamic work environment, successful management requires not only adaptability, effective teamwork, and achieving strategic goals, but also the strengthening of leadership potential. This training program was designed with that very goal—to equip participants with essential knowledge and skills in the fundamentals of management.

As part of the program, employees took part in intensive training sessions covering 17 topics. The course content was developed based on classical management theories and modern practical approaches. During the sessions, participants gained hands-on knowledge in areas such as strategic thinking, leadership, decision-making, adaptability to change, effective communication, and team management.

In this regard, the implementation of the ‘Fundamentals of Management’ course is a highly valuable initiative by our Training and Development Department. This program, carried out in collaboration with Khazar University, provided 52 of our employees not only with theoretical knowledge but also with practical skills. I am confident that over the course of these four months, participants developed themselves professionally and enjoyed reliving the spirit of their student years. All employees who successfully completed the training program were awarded Academic Certificates.
