AccessBank, which has always supported the development of entrepreneurship in Azerbaijan, including women’s entrepreneurship, announces the launch of the Access2Success project for the fourth time in partnership with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

Over a six-week period, participating entrepreneurs will gain new knowledge in finance, marketing, and strategic planning, build useful networks to grow their businesses, and expand their professional skills to become successful entrepreneurs.

AccessBank invites women entrepreneurs to join this initiative and is proud to be a part of their success stories.

It should be noted that the first Access2Success project was implemented in 2022. Nearly 250 applications were received, of which 53 women participated in the training. In 2023, 50 women selected from over 250 applications took part in Access2Success-2. In 2024, another 50 women joined training sessions covering business management, sales and marketing, emotional intelligence, leadership skills, and legal aspects.

The project aims each year to help overcome the main challenges faced by women entrepreneurs – access to finance, limited business knowledge, and barriers to professional development.
