- A copy of the certificate of the tax office confirming the activity and territorial accounting code and Taxpayer’s Identification Number (TIN)

- Screenshot confirming the presence of https procolol on the resource
- Information about the duration of the SSL certificate
- Taxpayer’s Identification Number

For a legal entity
- Application form
- Confirmation that the domain of the resource (website) is in use by the customer:
- For legal entities - extracted document from the website https://online.az/ (if the resource (website) is in .az zone)
- Document on registration of the resource on the platform providing the hosting service
- Taxpayer’s Identification Number
- Documents from the state register
- Charter
- Copies of IDs of director, founder(s), final beneficiary(ies), official representative(s) of the legal entity
- Appropriate license if required by field of activity
